About Forrest Thompson

Born and raised in Rapid City, Forrest is not just a native but a vital heartbeat of the Black Hills. His commitment to the world of real estate began at an early age. By 19, Forrest had made an indelible mark by acquiring his first investment property. His passion only intensified as he expanded his portfolio, taking ownership of an independent motel at 25 and amassing over 65 rental units by 27.

In parallel to these achievements, Forrest co-founded TNT Homes & Construction, rapidly distinguishing it as the Black Hills' premier home builder. This entrepreneurial spirit led him to various ventures: managing residential rentals, spearheading large commercial properties and projects, launching local retail stores, diving into property development, and helming construction companies.

2009 marked a significant milestone for Forrest as he became an officially licensed real estate professional. His association with RE/MAX Advantage, starting in 2016, further amplified his influence in the sector. This affiliation bore fruit as Forrest and his team consistently topped charts, with an exceptional feat of being the number 1 team for closed transactions for four consecutive years.
